We do not aim to preserve full list of all available flight simulation add-ons ever developed . That is beyond our reach . We would like to list and preserve only those add-ons which can be operated , within their respective simulation environment , the way they were / are operated in real life . You should be able to grab real world Flight Manual , real world Pilot Operating Handbook or real world Checklist and perform simulated flight from start-up to shut-down without ever looking into the dedicated flight sim add-on manual .

Our goal at FSA Hangar is to build and preserve collection [ list ] of flight simulation add-on aircrafts which were developed to the standard of ' can be flown by the book ' .

We consider this list as collection of restoration efforts , similar to the real world restoration efforts , done by the respective add-on developers . We would like to highlight their effort and dedication in historical research which they invested into their simulated aircrafts .

So if you plan on starting your own private collection by the example of ' Historic Aircraft Collection ' , ' Commemorative Air Force ' , ' Battle of Britain Memorial Flight ' or ' Flying Bulls Collection ' this is definitely good starting place .
